PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a phenomenon in which a low smoothness of a surface of a substrate adversely affects the sound absorption performance.SOLUTION: A sound absorption body 10 includes: a porous and tabular rock-wool sound absorption plate 12 of a flow resistance of 200-2000 [g/s*cm]; and a film body 18 in which many pores 16 arriving at the rock-wool sound absorption plate 12 are punched in a coated film 14 formed by applying a coating material to the sound wave arrival side of the rock-wool sound absorption plate 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
