PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize both extension of the life of an illumination member and reduction of snow accretion on a front cover of the illumination member.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an LED illumination member 1 comprising: a light bulb 10 mounting one or two or more light-emitting diodes 15; a light cover 30 coming in contact a portion of the light bulb 10, covering an outer periphery of the portion of the light bulb 10, and opening in an illumination direction; and a light-transmission front cover 40 covering an opening portion of the light cover 30, at least a metal layer 32 being provided in the light cover 30, and one or a plurality of wires 43 propagating heat from the metal layer 32 and superior in heat conductivity than the front cover 40 being provided on a front surface or within the front cover 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
