PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiping arm which can grip pieces of toilet tissue paper which have been cut in advance with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A hip wiping device 10 comprises: a wiping arm 5 for gripping pieces of toilet tissue paper 10; and a wiping arm drive part 3 for driving the wiping arm 5. The wiping arm 5 includes an absorption part 8 for gripping the toilet tissue paper by a negative pressure. The hip wiping device 10 comprises: a negative pressure generation part 6 for generating the negative pressure; and a communication pipe 7 for communicating the negative pressure generated by the negative pressure generation part 6 to the absorption part 8. The communication pipe 7 is provided in the wiping arm 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
