PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house and an apartment house with a plot attached, which improve designability of an appearance and which create a connection between ridges.SOLUTION: An apartment house (1) and an apartment house with a site attached include a large-sized ridge (2) and a small-sized ridge (3) lower than the large-sized ridge (2). The large-sized and small-sized ridges (2) and (3) are arranged with an upward opened space (4) in between. At least one gateway of the large-sized ridge (2) and at least one gateway of the small-sized ridge (3) are arranged in the state of facing each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】外観の意匠性を高めるとともに、棟のつながりを創出する集合住宅および敷地付き集合住宅を提供すること。【解決手段】集合住宅（１）および敷地付き集合住宅は、大型棟（２）と、大型棟（２）よりも高さが低い小型棟（３）とを備える。大型棟（２）と小型棟（３）とは、上方が開放した空間である上方開放空間（４）をあけて配置される。大型棟（２）と小型棟（３）との少なくとも１つの出入り口は、向かい合わせて配置されている。【選択図】図１
