SAFETY HANDRAIL IN FASTENING-BINDING TYPE SCAFFOLDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety handrail in fastening-binding-type scaffolding in which a fastener with a hook of a safety belt extending from a worker's body is prevented from falling off from a handrail.SOLUTION: A downward bracket (5) is fixed at both ends of a bendable area (F) of a horizontal strut (2) made of a bendable metal pipe through a connection part (4). A recessed space (20) toward engaging/disengaging securing means (6) is formed from the horizontal strut (2) through the bracket (5) while the engaging/disengaging securing means (6) provided in the bracket is fixed in the strut (1) of scaffolding. A fastener (11) with a hook of a safety belt extending from a worker's body is slidably locked to the horizontal strut (2), and thereby high-place work is performed. In this configuration, a rigid part (G) having rigidity higher than a bendable area (F) is configured by an area containing the connection part (4) and the bracket (5). Locking means (22) for receiving the fastener (11) with the hook sliding along the horizontal strut is provided in the rigid part (G).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】業者の身体から延びる安全帯のフック付き係止具が手摺から脱落することを防止した緊結足場における安全手摺を提供する。【解決手段】撓曲可能な金属パイプ製の水平材(2)の撓曲可能領域(F)の両端に連結部(4)を介して下向きのブラケット(5)が固着され、該ブラケットに設けた係脱固着手段(6)を足場の支柱(1)に固定した状態で、前記水平材(2)からブラケット(5)を介して係脱固着手段(6)に向かう凹入空間(20)が形成されており、前記水平材(2)に作業者の身体から延びる安全帯のフック付き係止具(11)を摺動自在に係止することにより高所作業を行う構成において、前記連結部(4)とブラケット(5)を含む領域により前記撓曲可能領域(F)よりも高剛性とされた剛性部(G)を構成し、前記水平材に沿って摺動するフック付き係止具(11)を受止める係止手段(22)を前記剛性部(G)に設けている。【選択図】図8
