SEISMIC ISOLATION RETROFIT METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic isolation retrofit method capable of restricting horizontal movement of an existing building during construction to apply seismic isolation thereto at a low cost without reducing workability.SOLUTION: A seismic isolation retrofit method comprises: steps S1 and S2 to construct an excavation space below an existing building 1; a step S3 to construct a mat slab on a bottom face of the excavation space; steps S4 and S5 to construct a temporary column on the mat slab to temporarily support the existing building and a horizontal movement restriction section with reinforced concrete between the mat slab and the existing building; steps S6 and S7 to install an isolator between the mat slab and the existing building; and steps S8 to S10 to construct an upper damper foundation on the existing building, install an oil damper between the upper damper foundation and the horizontal movement restriction section, and then construct a lower damper foundation in a manner that removes a portion of the horizontal movement restriction section and utilizes a remaining portion thereof as the lower damper foundation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】既存建物を免震化する際、作業効率を低下させることなく、低コストで、工事期間中における建物の水平移動を拘束できる免震化方法を提供すること。【解決手段】免震化方法は、既存建物1の下方に掘削空間を形成するステップS1、S2と、掘削空間の底面上にマットスラブを構築するステップS3と、マットスラブの上に既存建物を仮支持する仮受支柱を設けるとともに、マットスラブと既存建物との間に鉄筋コンクリート造の水平移動拘束部を構築するステップS4、S5と、マットスラブと既存建物との間にアイソレータを設けるステップS6、S7と、既存建物に上部ダンパ基礎を構築し、この上部ダンパ基礎と水平移動拘束部との間にオイルダンパを設けた後、水平移動拘束部の一部を撤去して、残りの部分を下部ダンパ基礎とするステップS8〜S10と、を備える。【選択図】図5
