PRECAST FOUNDATION JOINING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast foundation joining structure capable of securing a fitting clearance for filling a curable filler between both joining hardware, after fitting construction of male side joining hardware and female side joining hardware.SOLUTION: Male side joining hardware 11 of a T shape in a horizontal cross section of a projection part 11a from a side surface, is buried in one precast foundation 1A in a pair of precast foundations 1A and 1A for mutually joining a side surface. The other precast foundation 1B is provided with female side joining hardware 12 having a joining groove part 12a of a T shape in a horizontal cross section for fitting in the male side joining hardware 11 via a clearance. A curable filler 16 is filled in a fitting clearance between the male side joining hardware 11 and the female side joining hardware 12. A clearance-securing projection 14 is provided in both-side neck side surface parts 11aa1 for sandwiching a neck part 11ab in a head part 11aa of the male side joining hardware 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】 雄側接合金物と雌側接合金物の嵌め合い施工後に、両接合金物の間に硬化性の充填材を充填する嵌め合い隙間が確保できるプレキャスト基礎接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】 互いに側面を接合する一対のプレキャスト基礎1A,1Aにおける一方のプレキャスト基礎1Aに、側面からの突出部分11aの水平断面がT字状の雄側接合金物11を埋め込む。他方のプレキャスト基礎1Bに、雄側接合金物11が隙間を介して嵌まり込む水平断面がT字状の接合溝部12aを有する雌側接合金物12を設ける。雄側接合金物11と雌側接合金物12との嵌め合い隙間には硬化性の充填材16を充填する。雄側接合金物11の頭部11aaにおける、首部11abを挟む両側の首側面部11aa1に、隙間確保用の突起14を設ける。【選択図】 図9
