LOWER RAIL MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF FURNITURE SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower rail mounting structure of a sliding door in furniture, the structure that can make installation work complete in a short time and is superior in the point of an outward appearance and an aesthetic sense in appearance.SOLUTION: A lower rail 1 is a cross-sectionally rectangular framework structure, and comprises an upper frame 1a having two slide ways 1a, a lower frame 1b, and a mount frame 1c and a mounting frame 1d for connecting the upper frame 1a with the lower frame 1b. In a substantially central part of the mount frame 1c, a boss locking part 1cis provided. The mounting frame 1d has a protrusion 1din the central part, a retaining rib 1dof an upper end, and a large collar 1dof a lower end. A mounting frame 1d is fitted in a front face 3a having a receiving part 3aof a lower frame 3 of furniture, and heads of bosses press-fitted in the boss locking parts 1care fitted and inserted in the locking holes of both side plates of the furniture, and thereby can install lower rail 1 in furniture firmly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】家具における引き戸の下レール取付構造であって、短時間で取付作業を完了させることができ、外観上、見栄えや美感の点で優れた構造を提供する。【解決手段】下レール１は、断面略長方形の骨組み構造体であり、２つの摺動路１ａ１を有する上部フレーム１ａと下部フレーム１ｂと、上部フレーム１ａと下部フレーム１ｂとをつなぐ装架フレーム１ｃと取付フレーム１ｄとからなる。装架フレーム１ｃの略中央部にはボス係止部１ｃ１を有する。取付フレーム１ｄは、中央部に突起部１ｄ１と、上端部の小鍔１ｄ２と、下端部の大鍔１ｄ３とを有する。家具の下枠３の受け部３ａ１を有する前端面３ａに取付フレーム１ｄを嵌め込み、家具の両側板の係止孔にボス係止部１ｃ１に圧入されたボスの頭部をそれぞれ嵌め差し込むことにより、当該下レール１を家具に強固に取り付けることができる。【選択図】図４
