FORM PANEL AND CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide permanent forms by which form construction work can be easily performed without requiring skill.SOLUTION: Form panels are used as elements constituting a permanent form, in a concrete construction method for producing a concrete structure in which the permanent form and a concrete skeleton are integrated by arranging two plate-like permanent forms in an opposing manner and placing concrete between the two plate-like forms. Each form panel 10 is provided with, in horizontal end parts and vertical end parts thereof, a fitting structure for enabling joining with the neighboring form panels 10 by allowing a fitting protrusion to fit into a fitting recession. Further, the form panel 10 has dovetail grooves 15 formed on a concrete placing surface 17 thereof, extending vertically from the upper end part to the middle part, and both end parts of each of joint members 20 are fitted into the dovetail grooves 15 to thereby constitute the form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】熟練を要することなく容易に型枠工事を行うことができる捨て型枠を提供すること。【解決手段】２枚の板状の捨て型枠を対向させて配置し、前記２枚の板状型枠の間にコンクリートを打設して捨て型枠とコンクリート駆体とが一体となったコンクリート構造物を得るコンクリート施工方法において捨て型枠を構成する要素として用いられる型枠パネルであって、型枠パネル１０の横方向端部及び縦方向端部は、嵌合凸部と嵌合凹部とが嵌合することによって隣接する型枠パネル１０と連結可能な嵌合構造を有しており、型枠パネル１０のコンクリート付着面１７に、縦方向に上端部から途中まで伸びる蟻溝状凹部１５が形成されており、この蟻溝状凹部１５に連結部材２０の両端部を嵌合させて型枠を形成することを特徴とする型枠パネル。【選択図】図５
