JOINT CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF HEAT SHIELDING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint construction method capable of enhancing workability, durability and airtightness in a heat shielding material having a bubble layer inside.SOLUTION: In a joint construction method of a heat shielding material, both heat shielding materials to be jointed have a thin ear part at the end, and both heat shielding materials are arranged in the same direction and both of thin ear parts are bent into the half and four thin ear parts bent are stapled by a stapler at predetermined intervals and are fixed by a special tape. Finally the heat shielding material on one side is reversed and is led to an original position to be and thus construction is conducted in a series of flows.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】バブル層を内部に備えた遮熱材の施工性、耐久性、気密性を向上させたジョイント施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】ジョイントしようとする双方の遮熱材は、端部が厚みの薄い耳部分が有る遮熱材であり、それらを同一方向に並べ厚みの薄い耳部分を双方とも半分に折り曲げ、所定の間隔にてホチキス4枚留めを行い、専用テープにて固定し、最後に片側の遮熱材を反転させ、本来有るべき位置に導く、一連の流れで施工する遮熱材のジョイント施工方法である。【選択図】図1
