DEEP MIXING METHOD USING POWDER SOLIDIFYING MATERIAL AND DEEP MIXING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder system deep mixing method in which an advantage peculiar to a powder system is utilized and construction cost is reduced while enabling a large diameter of an improved diameter.SOLUTION: A deep mixing method is characterized as follows: a flow improver water solution is injected from a liquid injection port provided in a tip of stirrer shaft 10 in an excavation injected process; a soil in-situ and a flow improver water solution are stirred and mixed by rotating stirring blades 13, 14; then, the stirrer shaft 10 is drawn out from a state of being inserted into an improvement target part while being rotated around an axial center; also, in the process, a powder solidifying material is injected from the powder injection port provided in the rotation direction rear of the upper stirring blade; the soil in-situ and the powder solidifying material are stirred and mixed by the rotating stirring blades 13, 14; the excavation penetration resistance of the stirrer shaft 10 is detected in the excavation and penetration while injecting the flow improver water solution on constructing a columnar improved body; and the flow improver concentration and the injection volume of the flow improver water solution injected from the tip of stirrer shaft 10 are varied continuously or stepwise so that this excavation penetration resistance may be fitted in a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】粉体系深層混合処理工法において、粉体系特有の利点を生かして改良径の大径化を可能にしつつ、施工コストの低減を図る。【解決手段】掘削貫入の過程で、撹拌軸10の先端部に設けた液体噴射口から流動性向上剤水溶液を噴射し、回転する撹拌翼13,14により原位置土と流動性向上剤水溶液とを撹拌混合し、しかる後に、撹拌軸10を軸心周りに回転しつつ、改良対象部位に挿入した状態から引き抜くとともに、その過程で上段撹拌翼の回転方向背後に設けた粉体噴射口から粉体固化材を噴射し、回転する撹拌翼13,14により原位置土と粉体固化材とを撹拌混合し、柱状の改良体を造成するにあたり、流動性向上剤水溶液を噴射しつつ掘削貫入する際、撹拌軸10の掘削貫入抵抗を検出し、この掘削貫入抵抗が所定範囲に収まるように、撹拌軸10の先端部から噴射する流動性向上剤水溶液の流動性向上剤濃度及び噴射量をそれぞれ連続的又は段階的に変化させる。【選択図】図1
