ASSEMBLING METHOD OF HANGING HOOK DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a hanging hook device that can suppress increase of sizes in the vertical direction caused by a coming-off prevention member without complicating assembly work, while preventing looseness of fixing a derailing prevention member for preventing a door roller from derailing out of a guide rail.SOLUTION: An assembling method of a hanging hook device comprises: an effective space utilization door roller mounting step of mounting a door roller 21 on a guide rail 120 by effectively using a space between a fixing member 14 and a guide rail 120 while a derailing prevention member 30 is screwed in a direction without protruding from the fixing member 14 in the height direction; and a derailing prevention member fastening state fixation step of fixing the derailing prevention member 30 in the direction rotatable in a fastening direction when the derailing prevention member 30 comes into abutment with the lower part of the guide rail 120 after the effective space utilization door roller mounting step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】戸車がガイドレールから脱輪することを防止する脱輪防止部材の固定の緩みを防止しつつ、組立作業を難しくすることなく、脱輪防止部材が要因となって上下方向の寸法が増加することを抑えることができる吊り金具装置の組立方法を提供することを目的とすること。【解決手段】吊り金具装置の組立方法において、脱輪防止部材３０を高さ方向で固定部材１４より突出しない向きに螺設した状態で固定部材１４とガイドレール１２０との間のスペースを有効的に利用してガイドレール１２０上に戸車２１を載せるスペース有効利用可能戸車載置工程と、スペース有効利用可能戸車載置工程の後に、脱輪防止部材３０がガイドレール１２０の下部に当接した場合に、締結する方向に回転可能な向きに脱輪防止部材３０を固定する脱輪防止部材締結可能状態固定工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１２
