PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for installing a power plant at a site having less shaking when an earthquake occurs.SOLUTION: A site above a lake or sea is selected as an installation site, and lake water or sea water between the installation site and an epicenter is utilized as a buffer area in a case that an earthquake occurs. If an area for the installation site is above sea, the area should be an area such as an ocean trench that is as deep as possible in water.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】地震が発生時に揺れの少ない場所に発電所を設置する技術を提供する。【解決手段】設置場所として湖か海面上を選び、万一地震が起った際には震源地とのあいだに湖水か海水をおいて、緩衝地帯として利用する。海上に地域を求める場合には、海溝等なるべく水深のある地域とする。【選択図】なし
