IDLING SUPPRESSION APPARATUS AND IDLING SUPPRESSION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably suppress idling of the wheels of a railway vehicle by efficiently cleaning a rail to which fallen leaves have stuck and improving adhesion of the wheels to the rail.SOLUTION: An idling suppression apparatus 100 fitted to a snow throwing and clearing maintenance vehicle 200 has: an obstacle removing mechanism 1 for removing fallen leaves on a rail, which is provided on the traveling-direction front side of the snow throwing and clearing maintenance vehicle; a liquid injection mechanism 2 for washing off a resin on the head top surface of the rail by injecting a liquid, which is provided closer to the traveling-direction rear side of the snow throwing and clearing maintenance vehicle than the obstacle removing mechanism; a thickener spraying mechanism 3 for spraying a thickener to the head top surface of the rail, which is provided closer to the traveling-direction rear side of the snow throwing and clearing maintenance vehicle than the wheels. The thickener spraying mechanism has: a storage container for storing teh thickener; and a vibration part for applying vibration to the storage container, and sprays the thickener while vibrating the storage container by th vibration part so as to prevent the thickener from solidifying therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】落葉が付着したレールの清掃及びレールに対する車輪の粘着力の向上を効率良く行い、これにより、鉄道車両の車輪の空転を適正に抑制する。【解決手段】投排雪保守用車２００に取り付けられる空転抑制装置１００であって、投排雪保守用車の車輪よりも当該投排雪保守用車の進行方向前側に設けられ、レール上の落葉を除去する排障機構１と、排障機構よりも投排雪保守用車の進行方向後側に設けられ、液体を噴射してレールの頭頂面の樹脂を洗い流す液体噴射機構２と、車輪よりも投排雪保守用車の進行方向後側に設けられ、レールの頭頂面に増粘着剤を撒く増粘着剤撒き機構３と、を備え、増粘着剤撒き機構は、増粘着剤が貯留された貯留容器と、貯留容器に振動を付与する振動部とを有し、振動部により貯留容器内部の増粘着剤が固まらないように振動させながら増粘着剤を撒く。【選択図】図１
