PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely suppress the elution of boron from a sub-base using coal ash as raw material.SOLUTION: Upon the method for producing a granule 1 for a sub-base, when the granule 1 for a sub-base including coal ash 2 is granulated, a cement material 3 including one kind selected from portland cement and blast furnace cement is added to the coal ash 2 at an addition amount of above 3 mass% and 30 mass% or lower, a Ca elution source 4 is added to the coal ash 2 at an addition amount of above 2 mass% and 20 mass% or lower, the coal ash 2 added with the cement material 3 and the Ca elution source 4 is subjected to hydration and granulation, and the coal ash 2 after the granulation is subjected to vapor aging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 石炭灰を原料とする路盤材から、ホウ素が溶出することを確実に抑制する。【解決手段】本発明の路盤材用造粒物1の製造方法は、石炭灰2を含む路盤材用造粒物1を造粒するに際しては、ポルトランドセメントまたは高炉セメントから選ばれる1種を含むセメント材3を、3質量%より多く且つ30質量%以下となる添加量で石炭灰2に添加し、Ca溶出源4を、2質量%より多く且つ20質量%以下となる添加量で石炭灰2に添加し、セメント材3及びCa溶出源4が添加された石炭灰2を加水すると共に造粒し、造粒後の石炭灰2に対して蒸気エージングを行う。【選択図】図1
