DRAIN PIPE JOINT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate achievement of both noise reduction while suppressing an increase in weight and prevention of spreading of a flame and smoke to adjacent floors at a time of fire through a drain pipe joint, for the drain pipe joint arranged to penetrate through a floor slab of a building.SOLUTION: A drain pipe joint 11 includes a joint body 21 to which a drain pipe 85 is connected, and a first covering material 51 covering an outer surface of a portion of the joint body 21 penetrating through a floor slab CS. The joint body 21 is made of a thermoplastic resin. The first covering material 51 integrally includes, in the following order from an inner side: a first sound absorption layer 53 made of a sponge material; a second sound absorption layer 55 made of an assembly of inorganic fibers; and a waterproof and sound insulating skin layer 57. The first covering material further includes a thermal expansion material 61 provided on at least one location in an axial direction along a circumference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の床スラブを貫通して配管される排水管継手に対して、重量の増加を抑制しながら床スラブを伝う排水の音を低減することと、火災時に排水管継手を通じて上下の階へ延焼したり煙が拡がったりするのを防止することとを両立させることを、より容易に可能とする。【解決手段】排水管継手11は、排水管85が接続される継手本体21と、継手本体21の床スラブCSに貫通する部分の外面を被覆する第1の被覆材51と、を備える。継手本体21は、熱可塑性樹脂からなる。第1の被覆材51は、内側からこの順で配置された、スポンジ材からなる第1の吸音層53、無機繊維の集合体からなる第2の吸音層55及び防水性と遮音性の表皮層57と、軸方向の少なくとも一箇所において周に沿って設けられた熱膨張材61と、を一体で備える。【選択図】図2
