SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR DOUBLE FLOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a double floor of high strength that may be manufactured at a low cost, without a need on additional components or processes and allowing components to be commonly used with communication equipment and a data center.SOLUTION: A support structure for a double floor has a base plate 13 on a lower floor installed using an anchor bolt, and a shaft part 14 inserted through an insertion hole 15b and fixed with a nut, the insertion hole being formed on a base plate 15 at a bottom edge part of a supporting leg 10. The pair of supporting legs 10 is manufactured using an extruded section, to have an almost U-shaped cross-section and extruded in a vertical direction. Both ends of a tying member 6 are installed on a top edge part of the supporting legs 10, and an attachment 11 having a stepped part 11a is installed thereon. Then, a bolt B2 is inserted through insertion holes 11d, 6a of the attachment 11 and the tying member 6, and screwed into a screw hole 10a on a first side surface 10b of the top edge part of the supporting leg 10, to be fastened jointly for fixing. A beam member having a bolt fixed is mounted above the attachment 11, and fastened jointly using a nut through the attachment 11 and the tying member 6.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】追加の部品や追加の加工等が必要なく、通信機械用とデータセンター用とで部品を共通化できて高強度で低コストに製造できる。【解決手段】二重床の支持構造は、下床上のベースプレート13をアンカーボルトで打設し、軸部14を支持脚10の下端部の基板15に形成した挿通孔15bに貫通させてナットで固定する。一対の支持脚10は、断面略コの字状で押出形材によって押出方向を上下方向として製造する。各支持脚10の上端部につなぎ部材6の両端を設置し、その上に段差部11aを有するアタッチメント11を設置し、ボルトB2をアタッチメント11とつなぎ部材6の挿通孔11d、6aを通して支持脚10の上端部の第一側面10bのねじ穴10aに捩じ込んで共締めして固定する。アタッチメント11の上部にボルトを固定した梁部材を載置し、アタッチメント11とつなぎ部材6を通してナットで共締めする。【選択図】図3
