ANCHOR HEAD FIXING MEMBER FOR PREVENTING RUST OF ANCHOR, AND STRUCTURE FOR FIXING ANCHOR HEAD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor head fixing member for preventing rust of anchor which can pack grout in the periphery of an anchor head in an anchor accurately and reliably and which can increase rust-prevention performance of an anchor; and a structure for fixing the anchor head.SOLUTION: An anchor head fixing member for preventing rust of an anchor comprises a flange part 8 formed in the upper end of a hollow cylindrical body 5 to be inserted into a bolt installation hole 3 and installed in the periphery of the bolt installation hole, an injection hole 13 and a discharge hole 14 which are formed to penetrate the flange part, between the flange part and the hollow cylindrical body, with a bolt head 1b interposed between the flange part and the hollow cylindrical body, and through which a filler 12 is packed in a filling space S between the hollow cylindrical body and a grout material 4, an injection groove 15 and a discharge groove 16 which are formed from the flange part to the lower end side of the hollow cylindrical body with the external surface of the hollow cylindrical body recessed and which communicate with the injection hole and the discharge hole while communicating with the filling space, and a cover body 7 installed in the hollow cylindrical body and blocking the injection hole and the discharge hole while blocking a storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】アンカーのアンカー頭部周りにグラウトを的確かつ確実に充填することが可能で、アンカーの防錆性能を向上することができるアンカー防錆用のアンカー頭部定着部材及びそのアンカー頭部定着構造を提供する。【解決手段】ボルト設置穴３に挿入される中空筒状体５の上端部に形成され、ボルト設置穴周りに設けられるフランジ部８と、フランジ部と中空筒状体との間にわたって、ボルト頭部１ｂを間に挟む配置でフランジ部を貫通して形成され、中空筒状体とグラウト材４との間の充填空間Ｓに充填材１２を充填するための注入孔１３及び排出孔１４と、中空筒状体の外面を窪ませて、フランジ部から中空筒状体の下端部側へ形成され、注入孔及び排出孔に連通されると共に充填空間と連通される注入溝１５及び排出溝１６と、中空筒状体に設けられ、注入孔及び排出孔を閉塞すると共に、収容部を封鎖する蓋体７とを備えた。【選択図】図９
