PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet for reinforcing a building/civil engineering material along with the building/civil engineering materials joined with the same, the composite sheet reinforcing a concrete, wooden or other structural material utilizing a high-strength, high-elastic modulus fiber and being capable of significantly saving labor, costs and time when installing on the structural material.SOLUTION: A composite sheet for reinforcing a building/civil engineering material is provided, along with the building/civil engineering material having the composite sheet joined with concrete, wooden or other structural member, the composite sheet for reinforcing a building/civil engineering material having an elastic layer of a thermoplastic material laminated and integrated on at least one surface of a cloth made of a high-strength, high-elastic modulus fiber, a ratio between a tensile elastic modulus (MPa) of the high-strength, high-elastic modulus fiber and a tensile elastic modulus (MPa) of the thermoplastic material being in a range between 1.0×10and 2.0×10.SELECTED DRAWING: None
