SAFETY CONFIRMATION DEVICE FOR MECHANICAL PARKING FACILITY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety confirmation device for a mechanical parking facility, for making it possible to appropriately perform safety confirmation before performing storage/retrieval manipulation, even when different persons manipulate an operation panel.SOLUTION: A safety confirmation device for a mechanical parking facility comprises: a control device that stores an authorized handler as a registered person; an authentication device at which the registered person performs authentication in manipulating the mechanical parking facility; a safety confirmation manipulation unit that is manipulated after performing safety confirmation inside a storage/retrieval part; and an operation panel for operation manipulation of the mechanical parking facility. The control device collates a user's first authentication performed before opening a storage/retrieval door of the storage/retrieval part with the registered person's authentication data; when the first authentication is included in the authentication data, opens the storage/retrieval door and locks the operation manipulation of the operation panel; collates a user's second authentication performed before manipulating the safety confirmation manipulation unit and closing the storage/retrieval door with the registered person's authentication data; and, when the second authentication is included in the authentication data, unlocks the operation manipulation of the operation panel regardless of agreement or disagreement with authentication data of the first authentication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 運転盤を操作する者が異なる場合でも適切に安全確認を行って入出庫操作を行うことができる機械式駐車設備の安全確認装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 認定取扱者を登録者として記憶する制御装置と、機械式駐車設備の操作時に登録者が認証する認証装置と、入出庫部内の安全確認を行った後に操作する安全確認操作部と、機械式駐車設備を運転操作する運転盤と、を備え、制御装置は、入出庫部の入出庫扉を開放する前に行う利用者の第１認証を登録者の認証データと照合し、第１認証が認証データに含まれる場合に入出庫扉を開放するとともに、運転盤による運転操作をロックし、安全確認操作部が操作され、入出庫扉を閉鎖する前に行う利用者の第２認証を登録者の認証データと照合し、第２認証が認証データに含まれていることで第１認証の認証データと一致しているか否かにかかわらず運転盤による運転操作のロックを解除する。【選択図】 図２
