MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FLUIDIZED SOIL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fluidized soil that enables fluidized soil of desired quality to be manufactured readily using blending test data, even when mud density has changed since the blending test due to manufacturing processes, storage conditions, etc.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of fluidized soil includes: a testing step in which a blending test is performed using a plurality of test soil samples of which mud density and an amount of added solidification material differ; a mud preparation step in which mud is prepared; an added amount setting step in which the mud density of the mud is measured and the amount of added solidification material is set for obtaining desired uniaxial compressive strength; and a fluidized soil preparation step in which the fluidized soil is manufactured by adding the set amount of the solidification material to the mud. In the added amount setting step, the added amount of the solidification material suited to the mud density of the mud is derived, using a relation between the uniaxial compressive strength and the mud density of the plurality of test soil samples obtained in the blending test.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】製造工程や貯留条件等により配合試験時とは泥土密度が変化した場合であっても、配合試験のデータを用いて簡易に所望の品質を備えた流動化処理土を製造することを可能とした流動化処理土の製造方法を提案する。【解決手段】泥土密度および固化材添加量が異なる複数の試験処理土を利用して配合試験を行う試験工程と、泥土を作成する泥土作成工程と、泥土の泥土密度を計測するとともに、所望の一軸圧縮強さを得るために必要な固化材の添加量を設定する添加量設定工程と、泥土に添加量の固化材を添加して流動化処理土を製造する処理土作成工程とを備える流動化処理土の製造方法であって、添加量設定工程では、配合試験により得られた複数の試験処理土の一軸圧縮強さおよび泥土密度の関係を利用して、泥土の泥土密度に適した固化材の添加量を割り出す。【選択図】図2
