PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device of a working device assembly which can permit the fine movement of the working device assembly without causing the drag of the held working device assembly when adding and removing an extension boom to/from a base boom.SOLUTION: In a holding device 200 for holding a working device assembly 2 having an extension boom 31b connected to a base boom of a hydraulic shovel, an arm 32 connected to the extension boom 31b, and a bucket 33 connected to the arm 32, the holding device comprises: a holding device main body; an arm support part 202 including a pin attached to the arm 32 and a bracket for movably supporting the pin; and a boom support part 203 which fixes the working device assembly 2 to the holding device main body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
