PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet in which generation of a whitening scratch or shaving of a symbol pattern layer due to wear (shaving of a symbol) can be suppressed even when foreign matters such as sands rub a surface of a decorative laminate due to walking, and a decorative laminate using the decorative sheet and a production method of the decorative laminate.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 1 suitable for being laminated on a cork sheet, the decorative sheet is formed of a laminate comprising a base material sheet 2, a transparent resin layer 4, and a surface protective layer 5 in an order in a thickness direction, (1) the transparent resin layer has thickness of 90 μm or more and 300 μm or less, and (2) the surface protective layer has thickness of 20 μm or more and 40 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】歩行により砂などの異物が化粧板表面と擦れる場合であっても、白化傷の発生や絵柄模様層の摩耗による削れ（絵柄取られ）が抑制されている化粧シート、並びにその化粧シートを用いた化粧板及び化粧板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】少なくともコルクシート上に積層するのに適した化粧シート１であって、前記化粧シートは、厚み方向において順に、基材シート２と、透明性樹脂層４と、表面保護層５とを備える積層体から構成されており、（１）前記透明性樹脂層は、厚みが９０μｍ以上３００μｍ以下であり、（２）前記表面保護層は、厚みが２０μｍ以上４０μｍ以下である、ことを特徴とする化粧シート。【選択図】図１
