THERMAL SPRAY MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent back fire and fire in a device in a thermal spray method where the face to be repaired of a molten metal container or the like is subjected to a thermal spray method of performing repair utilizing oxidization as prohibition.SOLUTION: A thermal spray material used for a thermal spray method where refractory powder, metal silicon powder and a mixture are used as the main raw material, and the main raw material is blown together with oxygen to repair the face to be repaired is premised. In the thermal spray material, one or more kinds of compounds selected from the carbonates of alkaline-earth metals, the sulfates of alkaline-earth metals, the sulfites of alkaline-earth metals and the hydroxides of alkaline-earth metals of being melted and decomposed by heat receiving in an oxydizing atmosphere are added as a heat absorber. In this way, the carbonates or the like of alkaline-earth metals added to the main raw material are melted and decomposed by heat receiving in an oxidization atmosphere to exhibit a heat absorption operation, and, not only tip firing, but also, the frequency of back fire is reduced, and firing in a device is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】溶融金属容器等の被補修面を禁則の酸化を利用して補修する溶射法において、逆火と装置内発火を防止する。【解決手段】耐火性粉末と金属シリコン粉末と混合物を主原料とし、酸素とともに吹き付けて被補修面を補修する溶射法に使用する溶射材料を前提とする。前記溶射材料において、酸化雰囲気下で受熱により融解・分解するアルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩、アルカリ土類金属の硫酸塩、アルカリ土類金属の亜硫酸塩およびアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物から選択される1種以上の化合物を吸熱剤として添加する。これによって、主原料に添加したアルカリ土類金属の炭酸塩等は、酸化雰囲気下で受熱により融解・分解することによって吸熱作用を発揮し、先端着火ひいては逆火の頻度を軽減や、装置内発火を抑制する。【選択図】なし
