VENTILATION MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation member, which is easily applicable to various sizes, and a manufacturing method capable of simply manufacturing the ventilation member.SOLUTION: A ventilation member has a combined laminate, which is formed by integrating multiple unit laminates through a temporary fusion film. The unit laminate is formed by laminating multiple resin substrates on which multiple ventilation ducts are disposed in parallel in the same ventilation direction and integrally fusing adjacent resin substrates with each other. The temporary fusion film is fused with end parts, at which openings are exposed, of the ventilation ducts of the resin substrate that constitutes the adjacent unit laminates. Adhesive force between the resin substrates constituting the unit laminate is larger than that between the temporary fusion film and the resin substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 寸法対応が容易な通気部材と、このような通気部材を簡便に製造することができる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 通気部材を、複数の単位積層体が仮融着フィルムを介して一体化した組み合わせ積層体を有するものとし、単位積層体を、複数の通気路が通気方向を一致させて並設されている複数の樹脂製基板が重ね合わされ隣接する樹脂製基板同士が融着して一体化したものとし、仮融着フィルムを、隣接する単位積層体を構成する樹脂製基板の通気路の開口部が露出している端部と融着したものとし、単位積層体を構成する樹脂製基板同士の接着力は、仮融着フィルムと樹脂製基板との接着力よりも大きいように構成する。【選択図】 図1
