THERMALLY-EXPANSIVE FIRE-RESISTANT MATERIAL, OPENING FRAME BODY AND FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally-expansive fire-resistant composite material, an opening frame body having such a thermally-expansive fire-resistant composite material and a fitting, for improving fire-resistance of the fitting by controlling the timing of the expansion, since there is a case of impairing the fire-resistance, when a clearance is caused between a thermally-expansive fire-resistant material and the frame body, when the frame body of the fitting is deformed by heat, after expanding the thermally-expansive fire-resistant material.SOLUTION: A thermally-expansive fire-resistant composite material 1 is formed by laminating a first thermally-expansive fire-resistant material 2 and a second thermally-expansive fire-resistant material 3 for starting the expansion at the expansion temperature higher than the first thermally-expansive fire-resistant material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱膨張性耐火材が膨張した後で、建具の枠体が熱により変形すると、熱膨張性耐火材と枠体との間に隙間が生じ、耐火性が損なわれる場合があり、膨張のタイミングを制御することにより建具の耐火性を向上させる熱膨張性耐火性複合材およびかかる熱膨張性耐火性複合材を備えた開口枠体ならびに建具を提供する。【解決手段】熱膨張性耐火性複合材1は、第1の熱膨張性耐火材2と、第1の熱膨張性耐火材1よりも高い膨張温度で膨張を開始する第2の熱膨張性材耐火材3とが積層されてなる。【選択図】図1
