PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device by which fastening force concentrates along a trapezoidal inclined plane, even if a cross section of a sleeper is a trapezoid, in a device for preventing buckling and movement of a rail having a structure for fastening a member for sandwiching an upper surface and a bottom surface of the sleeper by a fastener.SOLUTION: A rail buckling and movement prevention security device 1 of the present invention comprises a lower half fixing member 100 having lower joining parts 110 and 120, an upper half fixing member 200 having upper joining parts 210 and 220 and fasteners 10 and 20 for fastening the upper joining parts 210 and 220 and the lower joining parts 110 and 120, and the fasteners 10 and 20 are fastened in parallel to a trapezoidal inclined plane of a sleeper in the longitudinal direction of the fasteners 10 and 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】まくらぎの上面と底面を挟持する部材を緊締具によって締め付ける構造を備えるレールの座屈および移動を防止する装置において、まくらぎの横断面が台形であっても、締め付け力が台形傾斜面に沿って集中する装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明のレール座屈および移動防止用保安装置１は、下結合部１１０・１２０を備える下半固定部材１００と、上結合部２１０・２２０を備える上半固定部材２００と、上結合部２１０・２２０および下結合部１１０・１２０を締め付ける緊締具１０・２０と、を備え、緊締具１０・２０は緊締具１０・２０の長手方向がまくらぎの台形傾斜面に対して平行に締まることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
