PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in attachment strength when a component member such as a hinge is attached, while a core material of a panel body for forming a compartment such as a toilet booth 1 is made of a water-resistant expanded polystyrene resin.SOLUTION: In a core material, a part requiring strength high enough to attach a component member such as a hinge is made of a strong high-density polystyrene resin 19 with a low expansion ratio, and the remaining parts dispensing with high strength are made of a low-density polystyrene resin 20 with a high expansion ratio.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】トイレブース1等の区画室を形成するためのパネル体の芯材を、水に強い発泡ポリスチレン樹脂としながら、ヒンジ等の構成部材を取付けるときの取付け強度を損なうことがないようにする。【解決手段】芯材を、ヒンジ等の構成部材の取付けるため強度が要求される部位を密度が高く強度のある低発泡倍率のポリスチレン樹脂19とし、残りの強度を必要としない部位を密度が低い高発泡倍率のポリスチレン樹脂20とする。【選択図】図3
