PIPING REPAIR METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping repair method capable of restricting its cost and keeping adhesion between a damaged location of the piping and a repair member for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A piping repair method of this invention comprises a preparing process for preparing a repair member 10 having a cylindrical member 1 of which one end and the other end in a peripheral direction are overlapped in a radial direction inserted into a water expansion member 2; an insertion process for inserting an air packer 3 into the cylindrical member 1 of the repair member 10; an arranging process for inserting the repair member 10 having the air packer 3 inserted therein into a piping 21 and arranging it adjacent to a damaged location H; a first adhesion process for pouring air into the air packer 3 and expanding a diameter of the cylindrical member 1 until one end part and the other end part are not overlapped in their radial directions and at the same time bonding an outer circumferential surface of the water expansion member 2 to an inner circumferential surface of the piping 21; and a process for removing the air packer 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
【課題】コストを抑えて、配管の破損箇所と補修部材との密着性を長期間維持することができる配管の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る配管の補修方法は、周方向の一端部と他端部とが径方向に重なった状態の筒状部材1が水膨張性部材2に挿入された状態の補修部材10を準備する準備工程と、補修部材10の筒状部材1にエアパッカー3を挿入する挿入工程と、エアパッカー3が挿入された状態の補修部材10を配管21に挿入して破損箇所Hの隣に配置する配置工程と、エアパッカー3に空気を注入し、筒状部材1の一端部と他端部とが径方向に重ならないようになるまで当該筒状部材1を拡径させるとともに、水膨張性部材2の外周面を配管21の内周面に密着させる第1密着工程と、エアパッカー3を取り除く工程と、を備えている。【選択図】図9
