PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet and a decorative panel with light wiping properties at cleaning, capable of making an uneven wiping trace less recognizable, as well as having excellent cleaning properties as a decorative material.SOLUTION: A decorative sheet 10 includes a pattern layer 2, a transparent adhesive layer 3, a transparent thermoplastic resin layer 4 and a surface protective layer 7 formed in this order on a resin base material sheet 1. An outermost layer located at least at an outermost surface of the surface protective layer 7 contains a modified silicone and an ionizing radiation curable resin and shows 60-degree specular glossiness in conformity with JIS Z 8741 of 5-35.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】清掃時の拭き取り性の軽さ、拭きムラの見えにくさを有し、化粧材としての優れた清掃性を有する化粧シート及び化粧板を提供する。【解決手段】化粧シート１０は、樹脂製の基材シート１上に絵柄模様層２、透明接着層３、透明熱可塑性樹脂層４、表面保護層７がこの順で形成され、上記表面保護層７の少なくとも最外面に位置する最外層は、変性シリコーン及び電離放射線硬化型樹脂を含有し、且つＪＩＳ Ｚ ８７４１に準拠した６０度鏡面光沢が５以上３５以下である。【選択図】 図１
