COMPOSITION FOR CONCRETE HAVING IMPROVED FREEZE HAZARD RESISTANCE, MOLDED ARTICLE FORMED BY MOLDING THE SAME, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND QUALITY CONTROL METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for concrete having improved freeze hazard resistance, molded article formed by molding the same, manufacturing method thereof and quality control method.SOLUTION: The composition for concrete according to the present invention contains a fine aggregate including blast furnace slag fine aggregate, a binder material including cement, water, and a coarse aggregate, and has suppressed bleeding. The relative dynamic modulus of elasticity at a freeze-thaw cycle of 300 times in a freeze-thaw test based on the method A described in JIS A 1148 for a concrete specimen made from the concrete composition is 60% or more, which means the excellence in freezing and thawing resistance.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】耐凍害性を向上したコンクリート用組成物、それを成形してなる成形品、その製造方法および品質管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るコンクリート用組成物は、高炉スラグ細骨材を含む細骨材と、セメントを含む結合材と、水と、粗骨材とを含有し、ブリーディングを抑制したコンクリート用組成物であって、前記コンクリート用組成物により作製したコンクリート供試体に対するJIS A 1148に記載のA法に基づく凍結融解試験における凍結融解サイクル300回での相対動弾性係数が60%以上であり、凍結融解抵抗性に優れるものである。【選択図】なし
