BUILDING HAVING MULLION WALL AND WINDOW SASH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mullion wall and a window sash from breaking even when a pillar or a beam has been deformed by an earthquake or the like.SOLUTION: A mullion wall 2 includes: an upper wall 21 that combines with the upper beam 12a of vertically adjacent two beams; and a lower wall 22 that combines with the lower beam 12b. A window sash 3 includes: an upper frame 311 that combines with the upper beam 12a; a lower frame 312 that combines with the lower beam 12b; and a vertical frame 313 adjacent to the mullion wall 2. A slit-like first gap 51 extending horizontally is provided between the upper wall 21 and the lower wall 22 of the mullion wall 2; a second gap 52 extending vertically is provided between the mullion wall 2 and the window sash 3's vertical frame 313 adjacent to the mullion wall 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】地震などにより柱や梁が変形した場合であっても、方立壁と窓サッシュの破損を抑制する。【解決手段】方立壁2は、上下に隣接する2本の梁のうちの上側の梁12aに結合する上部壁21と下側の梁12bに結合する下部壁22とを有し、窓サッシュ3は、上側の梁12aに結合する上枠311と下側の梁12bに結合する下枠312と方立壁2に隣接する縦枠313とを有し、方立壁2の上部壁21と下部壁22との間には水平方向に延伸するスリット状の第1の隙間51が設けられ、窓サッシュ3の方立壁2に隣接する縦枠313と方立壁2との間には上下方向に延伸する第2の隙間52が設けられる。【選択図】図4
