FRP STADIUM ROOF STRUCTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of being about 1/10 in construction cost as compared with a box structure composed of an existing steel material, becoming free for 40 years in maintenance, and being completable in 2 years in a construction period, since it is difficult to make a giant structure due to being a unidirectional body, though high tension is very large in reinforced fiber, in reduction in construction cost of a large roof by two curved columns having the length of about 300 m and maintenance cost of the durability deterioration of a building.SOLUTION: A reed screen-like orthogonal anisotropic reinforcement material is made of reinforced fiber, by adopting a structure by a laminate structure of a foam core made of carbon fiber and glass fiber reinforced FRP different from construction by conventional high tension steel, and is laminated on a surface of a foam body, and urethane foam is sealed in a made block in-between, and the reinforced fiber is wound around an external part, so that a large-sized high strength structure can be made up, and a large roof structure can be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】長さ約300mの2本の湾曲支柱による大屋根の建設費用及び建築物の耐久劣化のメンテナンス費用削減に関して、強化繊維では高張力が非常に大きいが、一方向体であるため、巨大な構造物を作るのが困難であった。工事費用が既存の鋼材からなるボックス構造体に比べて約1/10で、メンテナンスは40年間フリーとなり、さらに工事期間は2年で完成できる方法を提供する。【解決手段】従来の高張力鋼による建設と異なるカーボン繊維及びガラス繊維強化FRP製の発泡コアの積層構造による構造体を採用し、強化繊維ですだれ状の直交異方性強化材を作り、発泡体の表面に積層し、作ったブロックにウレタン発泡などを間に封入して、外部に強化繊維を巻きつけることにより、大型で高強度の構造物を作り上げることが可能となり、大屋根構造体を製作できる。【選択図】図4
