REPAIR CONSTRUCT OF UNDERWATER WALL SURFACE OF STRUCTURE AND REPAIR METHOD FOR THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair construct of an underwater wall surface of a concrete structure, the repair construct capable of shortening a repair construction period, eliminating passage disorders such as ships, shortening an underwater work time of a worker, and superior in safety, and provide a repair method for the same.SOLUTION: A concrete form support board 2 disposed in a bottom ground 51 comprises a substrate 3 and a support plate 4 standing up substantially at a right angle. A form 6 is installed with a lower end supported by the form support board 2 while facing an underwater wall surface 52A containing a repair wall surface 52B of a concrete structure 52, and an upper end side supported by the upper end side of the structure 52. A form supporting cord 8 fixes a base end side to the underwater wall surface 52A, the tip side of a cord 8A is inserted to the form 6 and engaged by a clip 8D, and thereby the form 6 is supported at intervals of approximately 500 mm with respect to the underwater wall surface 52A. Underwater insoluble mortar is filled and solidified in a space 7 between the form 6 and the underwater wall surface 52A to cover the underwater wall surface 52A by a concrete layer 10, and the form 6 is disengaged and removed from the form supporting cord 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】補修工期を短縮でき、船舶等の通行障害も無く、作業員の水中作業時間が短い安全性に優れたコンクリート製構造物の水中壁面の補修用構成体及びその補修工法を提供する。【解決手段】水底地盤51に配置するコンクリート製の型枠支持盤2は、基板3と略直角に起立する支持板4とから成る。コンクリート製構造物52の補修壁面52Bを含む水中壁面52Aに対向して型枠支持盤2に下端を支承させ、上端側は構造物52の上端側に支持させて型枠6を設置する。型枠支持索8は水中壁面52Aに基端側を固着し、型枠6にコード8Aの先端側を挿通してクリップ8Dにより係着し、型枠6を水中壁面52Aに対して約500mmの間隔に支持する。型枠6と水中壁面52Aとの空間7に水中不分離性モルタルを充填固化して水中壁面52Aをコンクリート層10で覆い、型枠6は型枠支持索8から離脱させて撤去する。【選択図】図1
