PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential house capable of improving efficiency in arranging flow lines of daily activities therein and enables a child to study at ease.SOLUTION: A residential house comprises: a kitchen which is surrounded by partition walls and arranged away from an eternal wall section; and a living room and a sanitary room arranged along a peripheral direction of the partition walls. The partition walls have at positions opposite to each other doorways leading to the kitchen. At least one of the doorways communicates the kitchen with the living room. The residential house also has a study space next to the living room. The sanitary room and the study space are arranged along a flow line from a main entrance to the living room.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】生活動線の効率の向上を図ることができ、子供が安心して勉強できる住宅を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の住宅は、間仕切り壁で区画され、外壁部から離間したキッチンと、間仕切り壁の周方向に沿って設けられたリビング及びサニタリー室と、を備える。間仕切り壁の互いに対向する位置のそれぞれに、キッチンへの出入口が設けられ、該出入口の少なくとも一つは、リビングに通じる出入口となっている。住宅は、リビングに隣接するスタディースペースをさらに備え、玄関からリビングに至る経路に沿って、サニタリー室と、スタディースペースとが配置されている。【選択図】図１
