CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF ROOFING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure that can prevent mass flooding due to a siphon phenomenon when connecting roofing materials together by a seam joint part.SOLUTION: A connection structure of roofing materials is characterized by: having a lower seam 2 at one end in a width direction of a roofing material body M; laterally arranging multiple sheets of the roofing material having an upper seam 3 at the other end; and fitting the upper seam 3 to the lower seam 2 between adjacent roofing materials, and connecting the roofing materials together. At least one groove 4 opened upward and continuously extending along the longitudinal direction of the roofing material body M is provided in the lower seam 2. A size H reaching the top plate of the upper seam of the adjacent roofing materials from a groove bottom 4a of the groove 4 is set in a value more than b established in the following expression.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】ハゼ部によって屋根材同士をつなぎあわせる場合に、サイフォン現象に起因する大量浸水を防止できる接続構造を提供する。【解決手段】屋根材本体Mの幅方向の一端に下ハゼ2を有し、他端に上ハゼ3を有する屋根材の複数枚を横並びで配列するとともに、隣接する屋根材の相互間で上ハゼ3、下ハゼ2を嵌合させて屋根材同士をつなぎ合わせる屋根材の接続構造において、下ハゼ2に、上方に向けて開放され、かつ、屋根材本体Mの長手方向に沿って連続的に伸延する少なくとも1本の溝部4を設け、溝部4の溝底4aから隣接する屋根材の上ハゼの天板に至る寸法Hを、下式で定められるbを上回る値に設定する。【選択図】図3
