METHOD FOR INSTALLING LONG PILE IN GROUND
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for installing a long pile in a ground that significantly reduces a height of a leader of a pile installation machine compared to an installation depth of the pile, enables safe work by minimizing fluctuation of the leader, and enables pipe joining work to be performed safely and promptly.SOLUTION: A pile C of a topmost tier is connected to a rotary section fitted to be movable in a vertical direction along a leader of a pile installation machine that may be moved with a crawler. First, a pile B is buried underground near a ground close to a ground for installing the pile and made to stand-by such that a top part of the pile is exposed above the ground surface. Next, a pile A is connected to a bottom end of the pile C connected to the rotary section 15 and is installed in the ground. Then, the pile A is separated from the pile C while keeping a top part of the pile A exposed above the ground surface, and the pile C is moved above the pile B and is connected to a top end of the pile B that has been buried. The piles A, B are moved above the pile C that remains in the ground, and a bottom end of the pile B and a top end of the pile C are connected. A long pile comprising the piles A, B, C is installed deeper in the ground, to perform prescribed work in the ground at the place of installation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】杭打込機のリーダーの高さを杭の打込み深さよりかなり低くできて、リーダーの揺れが少なく安全に作業でき、又杭の継ぎ作業が安全で且つ迅速にできる長尺杭の地盤打込方法を提供する。【解決手段】クローラで移動できる杭打込機のリーダーに沿って上下動可能に取付けられた回転部に最上位のC杭を連結し、まずB杭を杭打込み地盤近くの地盤に上部が地表に露出する状態に地中に埋入して待機させ、次にA杭を、回転部15に連結されたC杭下端に連結して地盤に打ち込み作業し、その後A杭の上部を地表から露出する状態で残してA杭をC杭と分離し、C杭をB杭の上方へ移動して埋入したB杭上端と連結し、A・B杭を残したC杭の上方に移動してB杭下端とC杭上端を連結し、A・B・Cの長尺杭として更に地盤に深く打ち込み所定の地中での作業を行う。【選択図】図6
