WOOD, PLYWOOD AND CONCRETE-BASED SYNTHETIC REINFORCEMENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in which field-work is a common sense conventionally but it requires working hours on site, and therefore a new technique is invented and produced experimentally and the composite material of wood and concrete seems to be important for material, namely the main technique is application of wood processing technique CLT, and various techniques are under development.SOLUTION: A processing technique of the present invention mainly aims at weight reduction, flexural strength improvement and fireproof treatment. The technique is provided by applying and combining functions of flexibility of plywood, strength of a honeycomb structure, and non-combustibility and hardness of concrete, and conventionally the techniques are applied individually. Particularly, the technique of stacking multiple honeycomb structures of wood and plywood is easy to process with light-weight and is superior in safety of construction, especially in the structure having thickness.
【課題】 従来は現場作業が常識ですが、現場での作業時間を要するため、新しい技術が発案され試作されているが素材としては木材とコンクリートの複合材が主な様である。主たる技術は木材加工技術CLTの応用であるが様々な技術が開発中である。【解決手段】 本加工技術は軽量化と曲げ強度及び不燃化が主たる課題である。合板の柔軟性ハニカム構造体の強度コンクリート系の不燃性及び硬度の機態を応用、組み合わせた技術で、従来は個々に応用された技術である。特に木材及び合板類のハニカム構造体を複数重ねる技術は特に厚さの有する構造には加工しやすく軽量で工事の安全性にも優れている。
