HEAT EXCHANGER DEVICE USING PRECAST PILE AND PRECAST PILE WITH HEAT EXCHANGING PIPES
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a connecting work for precast pile*heat exchanging pipes without any possibility of damaging heat exchanging pipes at the time of their burying work.SOLUTION: A first heat exchanging pipe 10 and a linear second heat exchanging pipe 20 are installed within an intermediate precast pile 30 in such a way that linear pipe pieces 11 to 13 are bent to be included within them. A first A connecting port 1a is formed at an opening of one end 31 of the first heat exchanging pipe 10 and a first B connecting port 1b is formed at the other end 32. A second A connecting port 2a is arranged at one end 31 of the second heat exchanging pipe 20 and a second B connecting port 2b is formed at the other end 32. A third heat exchanging pipe 40 is arranged within the lower-most precast pile 50. Upside-down intermediate precast pile 30B is connected on the lower-most precast pile 50 and an intermediate precast pile 30A is connected on it and each of the pipes is connected to each other. The first A connecting port 1a and the second A connecting port 2a of the uppermost intermediate precast pile 30 are connected to fluid circulation*heat recovery means to form a heat exchanging device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】埋設時に熱交換パイプを破損するおそれなく、既製杭・熱交換パイプの連結作業を容易にする。【解決手段】直線状のパイプ片11〜13を含むように折り返して第1熱交換パイプ10、直線状の第2熱交換パイプ20を、中間既製杭30内に配置する。第1熱交換パイプ10の一端31側の開口を第1A連結口1a、他端32側に第1Bパイプ連結口1bを形成する。第2熱交換パイプ20の一端31側を第2A連結口2a、他端32側に第2B連結口2bを形成する。最下端既製杭50内に第3熱交換パイプ40が配置される。最下端既製杭50の上に、上下逆転した中間既製杭30B、その上に中間既製杭30Aを連結して、各パイプを連結してする。最上の中間既製杭30の第1A連結口1a、第2A連結口2aに流体循環・熱回収手段に連結して、熱交換装置とする。【選択図】図1
