MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor excellent in life characteristics and sufficiently suppressed in a leakage current even when the thickness of a dielectric layer thereof is 0.8 μm or less.SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 includes a laminate 11 in which internal electrode layers 13 having different polarities different from each other are layered alternately via a dielectric layer 12. The dielectric layer 12 contains a ceramic particle containing BaTiOas a main component. The ceramic particle contains Mo, Mn, rare earthes R, and at least one selected from the group consisting of V and W. The average valence of Mo in the ceramic particle is 4.50-5.50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
