METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAMED WALL PAPER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed wall paper which suppresses a crosslinking reaction at the time of extrusion molding and can prevent gelation.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a foamed wall paper includes: a melting step of charging a foaming agent, at least one of an ethylene homopolymer and a copolymer of ethylene and other olefin, and a resin content containing a silane crosslinkable resin to a hopper 2 and heating the charged substance in the hopper to produce an unfoamed resin composition melted by heating; a laminating step of laminating an unfoamed resin composition layer formed of a resin composition onto a paper base material by extrusion molding the resin composition with an extruder of a T die 4; and a crosslinking step of crosslinking the resin composition by a chemical reaction. In the melting step of the manufacturing method, a retention time after the foaming agent and the resin content have been charged and melted to the hopper 2 until the melted resin composition is taken out from the T die 4 is less than 5 minutes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、押出し成形時の架橋反応を抑制してゲル化を防ぐことができる、発泡壁紙の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 発泡壁紙の製造方法は、発泡剤と、エチレン単独重合体及びエチレンと他のオレフィンとの共重合体の少なくとも一方並びにシラン架橋性樹脂を含有する樹脂分と、をホッパー2に投入して加熱し、当該加熱により溶融された未発泡の樹脂組成物を得る溶融工程と、樹脂組成物をTダイ4の押出し機により押出し成形することにより紙基材上に樹脂組成物からなる未発泡樹脂組成物層を積層する積層工程と、樹脂組成物を化学反応により架橋させる架橋工程と、を含む。本製造方法における溶融工程では、発泡剤と樹脂分とをホッパー2に投入してから溶融された樹脂組成物がTダイ4から出てくるまでの滞留時間が5分未満である。【選択図】図1
