ALUMINOSILICATE HARDENED BODY RAW MATERIAL COMPOSITION, AND HARDENED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a raw material composition that can produce aluminosilicate hardened body in which irregular color due to unburned carbon is reduced; and an aluminosilicate hardened body in which irregular color due to unburned carbon is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is an aluminosilicate hardened body raw material composition characterized in containing a calcined ash including silica, alumina and unburned carbon, alkali metal salt, and an admixture, and in which the admixture is any 1 or more kind of polyoxyethylene-based and nonionic type poly-oxyalkylene-based. The polyoxyethylene-based admixture preferably has any 1 or more kind of a phosphoric acid group and a sulfuric acid group. The admixture preferably is contained by 2.9 to 46.0 mass% with respect to the amount of unburned carbon in the total solid. The present invention also provides an aluminosilicate hardened body obtained by hardening the aforementioned raw material composition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】未燃カーボンによる色斑が低減されたアルミノケイ酸塩硬化体を製造することができる原料組成物と、未燃カーボンによる色斑が低減されたアルミノケイ酸塩硬化体を提供する。【解決手段】シリカとアルミナと未燃カーボンを有する焼成灰と、アルカリ金属塩と、混和剤とを含有し、前記混和剤は、ポリオキシエチレン系、非イオン性のポリオキシアルキレン系のいずれか1種以上であることを特徴とするアルミノケイ酸塩硬化体の原料組成物。ポリオキシエチレン系混和剤は、少なくともリン酸基、硫酸基のいずれか1種以上を有することが好ましい。混和剤を全固形分中の未燃カーボン量対比で2.9〜46.0質量%含有することが好ましい。また、本発明は、前述した原料組成物を硬化したアルミノケイ酸塩硬化体も提供する。【選択図】図1
