LIGHT, LOW DENSITY FIRE RESISTANT GYPSUM PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light weight and low density gypsum panel having fire resistant performance at least equal to marketed fire resistant gypsum panel having very high gypsum content, weight and density of the gypsum panel generally used for building and other building use.SOLUTION: There is provided a light weight and reduced viscosity gypsum panel having fire resistant performance having a gypsum core with density of about 640 Kg/m3 or less, containing a crystal base material and a highly expanded particle of a solidified gypsum, where the highly expanded particle contains a vermiculite and starch which expand about 300% or more of original volume after heating at about 850°C for 1 hours, a mineral fiber, a glass fiber and a carbon fiber. There is provided a gypsum core which is preferably high temperature shrinkage of 10%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ビル及び他の建築用途に、一般的に使用される石膏パネルの非常に高い石膏含量、重量及び密度を有する、市販の耐火石膏パネルと少なくとも同等である耐火性能を有する軽量、低減密度の石膏パネルの提供。【解決手段】石膏コアが約640Kg/m3以下の密度を有し、固まった石膏の結晶母体及び高膨張粒子を含み、前記高膨張粒子が、約850℃で1時間加熱された後、元の体積の約300%以上膨張するバーミキュライト及びデンプン、鉱物繊維、ガラス繊維、炭素繊維を含み、耐火性能を有する軽量、低減密度の石膏パネル。更に10%の高温収縮であることが好ましい石膏コア。【選択図】図1
