MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HYDRATION SOLIDIFIED BODY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydration solidified body capable of providing the hydration solidified body having high durability even under environment with repeated stress.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a hydration solidified body manufactured by mixing granular steel slag, SiO-containing material and water, where steel slag having degradation percentage after 10 days impregnation into warm water at 80°C of 2.5 mass% or less and fineness modulus of 4.5 or more is used as the steel slag and blast furnace slag fine powder or blast furnace slag fine powder and fly ash are used as the SiO-containing material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】繰り返し応力がかかる環境でも高い耐久性を有する水和固化体を得ることが可能な水和固化体の製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】水和固化体の製造方法は、粉粒状の製鋼スラグとSiO2含有物質とを水で混練することによって製造される水和固化体の製造方法であって、製鋼スラグとして、80℃の温水に10日間浸漬した後の粉化率が2.5質量%以下であり、且つ、粗粒率が4.5以上の製鋼スラグを使用し、SiO2含有物質として、高炉スラグ微粉末又は高炉スラグ微粉末及びフライアッシュを使用することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
