AQUEOUS HARD URETHANE-BASED COATING COMPOSITION AND APPLICATION METHOD OF THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional aqueous hard urethane-based coating that, because it has high viscosity and contains a coarse cement-based aggregate, it cannot be coated with a roller and is applied on a ground concrete floor surface with a trowel, requiring work time and labour and that, because the aqueous hard urethane-based coating has strong hardening shrinkage force, the coating film warps to cause peeling, thus resulting in a disadvantage that a joint cutting has to be performed on the construction surface.SOLUTION: To constitute an aqueous hard urethane-based coating composition comprising an aqueous polyol resin, diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) as a curing agent, a cement-based fine aggregate, a diluent, and a curing accelerator, and to provide an application method of the aqueous hard urethane-based coating composition by using a sand aggregate roller. This enables a uniform high quality application to be performed easily and contributes to prevention of warping and peeling of the coating film without performing joint cutting of the ground floor surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来の水性硬質ウレタン系塗料は粘度が高く、セメント系骨材も粗いため、ローラーで塗布することはできず、依然としてコテを用いて下地コンクリート床面に施工するもので、作業時間と労力を要していた。また、水性硬質ウレタン系塗料は硬化収縮力が強いため、塗膜が反り返り剥離が生じる。このため、施工面に目地切りを行わねばならない不利があった。【解決手段】 水性ポリオール樹脂、硬化剤としてジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)、セメント系微細骨材、希釈剤及び硬化促進剤を含有する水性硬質ウレタン系塗料組成物を構成するとともに、該水性硬質ウレタン系塗料組成物を、砂骨材ローラーを用いて塗布する施工方法を提供する。これにより、一定の高品質な施工が容易にできるようにし、下地床面に目地切りをしなくても塗膜の反りや剥離の防止に役立つ。【選択図】 図1
