SUPPORT METAL FITTING FOR CORNER RIDGE TILE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support metal fitting for a corner ridge tile for firmly supporting even the corner ridge tile on a roof board and a roof tile, in a part for installing the corner ridge in a tile-roofing roof.SOLUTION: Even in a corner-ridge tile 4 having a tile head part sandwiching part 11 having an upper piece 12 and a lower piece 13 capable of sandwiching a head part 31 of a tile 3 roofed on an inclined roof board 2 from above and below, a fastening piece 16 extended to the tip side of the lower piece 13 and fastened to an upper surface of the roof board 2, a column 17 erected upward from the upper piece 12 and a core material receiver 18 installed in an upper part of the column 17 and normally hardly fixed on a roof tile by using a support metal fitting 1 for providing fixation means 5 for fixing the tile head part 31 to the tile head part sandwiching part 11 by screw-fastening from above to the upper piece 12 in a state of sandwiching the tile head part 31 between the upper piece 12 and the lower piece 13 in an upper piece 12 part of the tile head part sandwiching part 11, the corner ridge tile 4 can be firmly fixed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】瓦葺き屋根における降り棟を設置する部分において、降り棟瓦であっても屋根板及び屋根瓦上に強固に支持できるようにするための降り棟瓦用支持金具を提供する。【解決手段】傾斜している屋根板２上に葺設される瓦３の頭部３１を上下から挟み込み得る上片１２と下片１３を有した瓦頭部挟持部１１と、下片１３の先側に延設されていて屋根板２上面に止着される止着片１６と、上片１２から上方に立設された支柱１７と、支柱１７の上部に取付けられた芯材受１８とを有しているとともに、瓦頭部挟持部１１の上片１２部分に、上片１２と下片１３間に瓦頭部３１を挟み込んだ状態で上片１２に対して上方からねじ締めすることで瓦頭部３１を瓦頭部挟持部１１に固定させるための固定手段５を設けている支持金具１を使用することにより、通常は屋根瓦上に固定しにくい降り棟瓦４であっても、該降り棟瓦４を強固に固定できるようにした。【選択図】 図２
