INJECTION METHOD FOR INJECTING INJECTION FILLER INTO CONCRETE STRUCTURE, AND INJECTION TOOL THEREFOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection method for injecting an injection filler into a concrete structure and an injection tool therefor that sharply discharge the injection filler linearly with an extrusion shaft aligned linearly toward a crack in concrete.SOLUTION: A container body 10 is provided having an injection filler X filled inside and including an expansion pipe having a bellows-like wall surface 10a. A pedestal 20 having a press-in port 21 is provided to communicate with the container body, the press-in port being for pressing in the injection filler into a crack B in a wall surface A of concrete or the like through a bellows-like cap 40 that communicates with the container body. When the injection filler is pressed into the crack in the wall surface of concrete or the like from the press-in port of the pedestal by extrusion means 50, while the injection filler is maintained to be in an injected state into the crack and the injection filler remaining in the container body is maintained to be in a pressed-in state by pressure from an elastic body 51 of the extrusion means, the remaining injection filler is pressed manually toward the press-in port, and then the container body is removed from the pedestal and replaced with a new container body 10' to be installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】コンクリートのひび割れ部に向け、押し出し軸を直線にし、注入充填材を一直線に鋭く吐出すよう構成したコンクリート構造物への注入充填材の注入方法及びその装置である。【解決手段】内部に注入充填材Xを充填し、ジャバラ状壁面10aを有する伸縮管からなる容器本体10を設け、前記本体と連通するジャバラキャップ40を介し、コンクリート等の壁面Aのひび割れ部Bに、注入充填材を圧入する圧入口21を有する台座20と連通して設け、容器本体は、押し出し手段50により注入充填材を、台座の圧入口より前記コンクリート等の壁面のひび割れ部へ圧入するにあたり、押し出し手段の弾性体51の圧力により、ひび割れ部への注入充填材の注入状態を維持しつつ、容器本体内の残存する注入充填材の圧入状態が維持されている間に、前記圧入口に向け、残存する注入充填材を手動で押圧した後、前記台座から容器本体を取り外し、新規な容器本体10′と取り替えて装着する。【選択図】 図1
