THIN JACK AND SEISMIC ISOLATOR USING THIN JACK OR INSTALLATION METHOD OF BEARING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method constituted so as to suppress deformation of a flange and a damage of supporting cement mortar after elastic deformation of pre-compression added to a seismic isolator or a bearing device when the seismic isolator or the bearing device is installed in a building.SOLUTION: An installation method of a seismic isolator consists of processes of: overlappingly arranging thin jacks 19 in the seismic isolator 11 or a bearing device 44 installed in an installation space 14 of a building; filling supporting cement mortar 24a by performing pre-compression of the seismic isolator 11 or the bearing device 44 by the thin jacks 19; and removing the thin jacks 19 after hardening of the supporting cement mortar 24a, in which a plurality of thin jacks 19 are arranged approximately at the same intervals toward the center of a flange 18 of the seismic isolator 11 or the bearing device 44, center filling areas 29 of the supporting cement mortar 24a are included at tips of the thin jacks 19, a plurality of outer peripheral filling areas 30 are included at an outer peripheral part, and communication filling areas 39 are included if necessary among them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建造物に免震装置又は支承装置を設置する際に、免震装置又は支承装置に付加したプレ圧縮の弾性変形後のフランジの変形や支持用モルタルの損傷を抑止するようにした設置方法を提供する。【解決手段】建造物の設置空間14に設置した免震装置11又は支承装置44に薄型ジャッキ19を重ねて配置する工程と、前記薄型ジャッキ19で前記免震装置11又は支承装置44をプレ圧縮して支持用モルタル24aを充填する工程と、この支持用モルタル24aの硬化後、前記薄型ジャッキ19を撤去する工程とからなり、前記複数の薄型ジャッキ19を、前記免震装置11又は支承装置44のフランジ18の中心に向かって略等間隔で配置し、これらの薄型ジャッキ19の先端に前記支持用モルタル24aの中央充填域29を有し、外周部に複数の外周充填域30を有し、これらの間に必要に応じて連通充填域39を有する。【選択図】図1
