PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steady and simple connection structure capable of avoiding defects due to friction between structures.SOLUTION: A pin 27 is inserted in a hole 33 on a plate material 29 of a pin connection part 49. The pin connection part can steadily reduce defects such as occurrence of allophone due to friction in a simple structure by sandwiching a plate 23, which is a plate-like member and has substantially arc curve surface, between the pin 27 and an inner peripheral surface of the hole 33 of the plate material 29 instead of fitting the plate to the pin 27 or the plate material 29. A solid lubricant, such as molybdenum disulfide and graphite, is applied on the surface of the plate 23 in advance at a factory.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】構造体同士の摩擦による不具合を回避できる確実かつ簡易な接続構造等を提供する。【解決手段】ピン27を板材29の孔33に通したピン接続部49において、ピン27と板材29の孔33の内周面との間に、略円弧状の曲面を有する板状部材であるプレート23をピン27や板材29に取り付けることなく挟み込むことで、簡易な構造にて異音の発生など摩擦による不具合を確実に軽減できる。プレート23の表面には、二硫化モリブデン、グラファイト等の固体潤滑剤が工場等にて予め塗布されている。【選択図】図1
