DRAIN COVER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain cover, which hardly causes clog and can be easily handled even if an exhaust port is installed at a space-limited place.SOLUTION: A drain cover 102 has a laterally long cage body 103 and a latch 120 that is detachably fit to a desired position in a longer direction on a lower end opening frame 106 of the cage body 103. The cage body 103 comprises: an upper face bent part 107, which is a lattice-like punching metal that is bent so that its cross section becomes arc shape; and left and right lateral face parts 106A, 106B, which are welded on both side edges 107A, 107B of the upper face bent part and droop from these both side edges 107A, 107B and are made from the punching metal. A lower end part of the lateral face parts 106A, 106B and a lower end part of the upper face bent part 107 are connected with each other so as to form the frame 106. The cage body 103 of the drain cover 102 is fit to an exhaust port 10 through the latch 120, when the latch 120 is fit to the exhaust port 10 and the cage body 103 is mounted on the latch 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】目詰まりを起こしにくく、排水口が制約のある場所に設置されていても対応しやすくする。【解決手段】ドレンカバー１０２は、横長の籠体１０３とこの籠体１０３の下端開口枠１０６に長手方向の所望の位置に着脱自在に取り付けられる係止具１２０とを備えている。籠体１０３は格子状パンチングメタルを断面円弧状に湾曲させた上面湾曲部１０７とこの上面湾曲部の両側縁１０７Ａ、１０７Ｂに溶接され、これら両側縁１０７Ａ、１０７Ｂからそれぞれ垂設されパンチングメタルからなる左右両側面部１０６Ａ、１０６Ｂとを有している。各側面部１０６Ａ、１０６Ｂの下端部と上面湾曲部１０７の下端部とはそれぞれ接続されて枠１０６を構成している。ドレンカバー１０２は、排水口１０に係止具１２０を取り付け、この係止具１２０に籠体１０３を装着すると、籠体１０３は排水口１０に係止具１２０を介して取り付けられる。【選択図】図８
